Grand Rapids, October 15, 2006 — The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) of West Michigan will host an iftar dinner (breaking of the Muslim daily fast for the Islamic Holy Month of Ramadan) on Thursday, October 19, 2006 (27^th of Ramadan 1427) at 6:30 PM, Grand Valley State University, Alumni Room . (Allendale Campus, 1 Campus Drive, Allendale, MI 49401-9403)

                        
The ADC Iftar dinner is an opportunity to strengthen the working relationship of the American-Arab and Muslim communities with federal and local Officials, to promote tolerance - racial, ethnic and religious harmony - social justice - and, to build bridges of understanding throughout West Michigan.
